Tribal Bellydance Classes with Nina
Tribal bellydance is an improvised
based dance format where we learn moves and formations to
create a circle of mesmerising dancing women- swaying hips, graceful arms ,
colourful skirts, tribal jewellery......for all ages and body
types....level of fitness easy to start with... increasing levels as
you move through to advanced classes.
Our dance draws on ancient
traditions and experiences of dancing women from many countries
including India, Middle East, Tunisia, Spain and eastern Europe to
create a contempory, vibrant tribal dance style.
Our tribal style is based on the
Gypsy Caravan format which I have been studying since 2006.
What to wear:
flowing skirt and/comfy pants with hip scarf.
6 Week course :
new beginners course starts :
free class 24th feb.....beginning our 6
week course.
$50/ 6 weeks or $10/ class.....learning-basic tribal moves/slow tribal moves/drum
beats/basic zil pattern/tribal
history/costume history
